Reduced Registration Fees Application

Reduced registration fees are available for the following categories of registrants. Please note that due to limitations on venue capacity, reduced fee registration will be available on a first come-first served basis.

• Graduate Student / Post-Doctoral fellows (students must provide evidence of enrolment and a recommendation from their advisor; post-doctoral fellows must provide a suitable certificate issued by their employer): € 200
• Professionals working in resource-constrained countries of the EMME region (must provide certificate of current employment based in one of the following countries: Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Iran, Yemen or Syria): € 200

Please do not register until this application is processed and approved. Successful applicants will be provided with a coupon code for the reduced fee.

Please provide evidence of enrollment / employment:

• Graduate Students: Evidence of academic enrollment (e.g. valid student ID, suitable certificate issued by academic institution), AND recommendation from academic advisor
• Post-Doctoral Fellows: Proof of employment in post-doctoral position (e.g. letter from direct supervisor, or host institution)
• Professionals from resource-constrained countries of the EMME region: Proof of current employment in an elective country (Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Iran, Yemen or Syria)

Acceptable files types are: document, pdf, or image. You can upload up to 5 separate files. Each file must be no bigger than 10MB in size.
